Tiffany Jackson-Zunker is a seasoned communications strategist with deep expertise in international affairs and 25 years of experience shaping narratives across Africa, Latin America, and South Asia. She combines a global outlook with hands-on knowledge of public outreach, media relations, integrated campaigns, and high-impact events.

Most recently, Tiffany led the Africa communications strategy for Prosper Africa, a U.S. National Security Council initiative focused on trade and investment. Previously, she served as Deputy Director of the U.S. State Department’s Africa Regional Media Hub. She also helped establish a regional online public diplomacy centre for the German Foreign Ministry, including launching a suite of social media platforms for African engagement.

Her career began as a U.S. diplomat in Sri Lanka and Nepal and later included independent work in Pakistan and a senior communications role at a scientific research institute in Seoul, South Korea.

Tiffany holds a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University (with distinction) and an M.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
